drill under the authority of the Federal Communications Commission and the
Pennsylvania Director of Emergency Management.
You do not have to be a member of Montgomery
Co., PA. ARES/RACES (MCAR) or live in Montgomery County to check in.
Simultaneous nets are operating on multiple
bands. The 2M net is the Net Control band. Echolink is connected to the 2M
primary operating frequency. Echolink check-ins will be called for, and
accepted during a specific segment of the net.
